1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your use of the jiliq online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through jiliq.app and any associated mobile applications or platforms operated by jiliq.

By registering an account with jiliq, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any supplementary policies referenced herein, including the jiliq Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

These Terms apply to all users of the jiliq platform, regardless of how they access the service – whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any application provided by jiliq.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the jiliq platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is a strict legal requirement under Philippine law governing online gaming. jiliq enforces this requirement rigorously and reserves the right to request government-issued identification documents to verify your age at any time.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of jiliq is lawful in your location.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated or who are under guardianship are not eligible to register.

• Single Account: You must not already hold an active jiliq account. Each individual is permitted to maintain only one account.

jiliq reserves the right to refuse registration or to suspend any account where eligibility requirements are not met or cannot be verified to jiliq's satisfaction.

3. Account Registration and Security

When registering a jiliq account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password;
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you;
• Ensuring that your account is not accessed by any third party, including family members or friends.

jiliq will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any such request, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.

In the event of suspected unauthorized access to your account, you must notify jiliq immediately. jiliq will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure your account. However, jiliq accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Transactions

All financial transactions on the jiliq platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). jiliq supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as made available from time to time.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your jiliq wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. jiliq does not charge processing fees on standard deposit transactions, though your payment provider may apply their own fees. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). jiliq reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name. Processing times vary by payment method but jiliq endeavors to process approved withdrawals within one (1) to three (3) business days.

Anti-Money Laundering: jiliq complies with applicable anti- money laundering (AML) regulations. Transactions that appear suspicious may be flagged, delayed, or reported to the appropriate authorities. jiliq reserves the right to freeze accounts and withhold funds pending investigation where AML concerns arise.

jiliq is not a bank or financial institution. Funds held in your jiliq wallet do not earn interest and are held solely for the purpose of facilitating gaming transactions on the platform.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

jiliq offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Validity Period: Bonuses expire if not used within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.

jiliq reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already claimed and in active use at the time of the change.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the jiliq platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

jiliq uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology to ensure that all game outcomes are genuinely random and not subject to manipulation by jiliq or any third party. Game results are final once confirmed by the system. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, jiliq reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. jiliq reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jiliq platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using false identity information;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any jiliq software or system;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jiliq staff or other players via any communication channel;
• Allowing any third party to access or use your account.

8. Responsible Gaming

jiliq is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We recognize that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic. jiliq provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the jiliq platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the jiliq platform – including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements – is the property of jiliq or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any jiliq content without prior written consent from jiliq.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jiliq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

jiliq's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jiliq account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jiliq does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jiliq will use reasonable endeavors to maintain platform availability but accepts no liability for downtime caused by factors outside its reasonable control.

11. Termination and Account Closure

You may close your jiliq account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (net of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

jiliq reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• jiliq has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Required by applicable law or regulatory authority;
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.

Where an account is closed by jiliq due to a breach of these Terms, jiliq reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and, where appropriate, to forfeit such balance.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jiliq platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact jiliq's support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. jiliq will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

13. Amendments to These Terms

jiliq reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jiliq will provide reasonable notice via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the jiliq platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
